Store Sales Associate, Aman Central (Alor Setar, 02, MY, 05100)

Deliver outstanding in-store service to Crocs consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model. Support product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, and stock room management across the store. Help run daily retail operations including POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty promotions, and cleanliness standards. Collaborate with store management to improve key performance indicators and follow asset protection policies, including shortage prevention and inventory control.
