Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end product design processes: research, wireframing, high-fidelity mocks and prototypes.
•Shape and scale our design system, enabling high execution speed whilst ensuring consistency, accessibility, and efficiency.
•Mentor and support a small team of designers to foster craft, growth, and collaboration.
•Collaborate deeply with Product leaders and Engineers to define user-centered features and drive clear flows.
•Advocate for user-experience best practices through user interviews, usability testing, and design critique rituals.

•7+ years of product design experience, ideally within consumer-facing platforms.
