Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end product design processes: research, wireframing, high-fidelity mocks and prototypes.
  • •Shape and scale our design system, enabling high execution speed whilst ensuring consistency, accessibility, and efficiency.
  • •Mentor and support a small team of designers to foster craft, growth, and collaboration.
  • •Collaborate deeply with Product leaders and Engineers to define user-centered features and drive clear flows.
  • •Advocate for user-experience best practices through user interviews, usability testing, and design critique rituals.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product design experience, ideally within consumer-facing platforms.
  • •Proven leadership in scaling design systems and mentoring junior designers.
