Key Responsibilities

  • •Support project managers and the PM team in provisioning new business customer orders for internet, voice, and SD-WAN services.
  • •Process carrier orders, including new services, upgrades, moves, changes, and disconnects.
  • •Order and manage voice services, including phones and porting numbers, and request & manage dispatches.
  • •Manage third-party resources (internal and contracted) to ensure timely delivery meeting quality standards.
  • •Prioritize workload, drive escalations when necessary, and provide accurate order status updates to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
