Key Responsibilities

•Drive Roadrunner product improvement by implementing processes for data collection and incident reporting that inform design reviews, process development, verification, validation, and qualification.
•Lead RCCA activities for field and reliability issues, review action effectiveness, and share lessons learned across the product team.
•Champion the transition from new product introduction (NPI) to a sustainable, predictable customer experience.
•Own elimination of product risk and ensure reliability across the product lifecycle from concept through development, manufacturing, and field use.
•Lead product health data analysis and improvement by establishing quality metrics and factors that predict quality performance, while supporting the Quality Management System and investigations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,000 - 167,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar technical field.
•Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or quality in aerospace/defense or similar hardware.
•Experience leading Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) for complex problems, using methods such as 8D, Lean Six Sigma, Fault Tree Analysis, and DMAIC.
•Working knowledge of design review and quality management of PCBA, harnessing, avionics, systems integration, composites, propulsion systems, and lethality systems.
•Working knowledge of product development methodologies such as FMEA, APQP, and PPAP elements (including MSA and GD&T).
