Key Requirements

  • •B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum 2 years of industrial experience with polymer materials, composites, adhesives, sealants, and coatings (preferably aerospace).
  • •Strong foundation in structure–property–processing relationships and behavior of polymeric, composite, and adhesive materials.
  • •Hands-on polymer processing and composite/adhesive bonding technologies (e.g., film adhesives, paste adhesives, co-curing, co-bonding).
  • •Experience with material durability via accelerated aging/environmental exposure testing and predictive life modeling (e.g., Arrhenius).
