Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize project resource use within an integrated planning, cost, and risk environment to meet budget and schedule constraints.
  • •Ensure the established planning and scheduling methodology is followed and develop project milestone and progress tracking baselines.
  • •Assess subcontractor compliance with scheduling methodology and contribute to building the Work Breakdown Structure for performance measurement.
  • •Perform schedule data analysis to identify trends, issues, and areas needing attention; communicate findings to the Project Director and team.
  • •Lead schedule reporting, forecasts, contingency management for specific work packages, schedule updates/reports, and contractor schedule compliance with integrated schedules/milestones.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •8+ years of relevant civil infrastructure construction experience (e.g., aviation, rail, transportation, bridges/roads/highways, tunnels, utilities) in a scheduling role supporting major programs.
  • •Proven experience managing scheduling in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • •Practical exposure to network planning structures and techniques; experienced user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 or above and Microsoft Project.
  • •Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
