Sr Dispatcher (Manheim)

Facilitate end-to-end vehicle transportation for auction customers, working with customers, transporters, and carrier networks. Schedule pickups and deliveries, track shipment/delivery status, resolve exceptions like missing or damaged vehicles, and escalate complex issues. Monitor carrier and transporter performance, compile transportation data, generate routine reports, and coordinate with internal partners. Mentor less experienced team members while ensuring customers’ needs and organizational objectives are met.
