Job Summary

Own quality success for internal and external stakeholders within Trust & Safety, monitoring performance, running calibrations, and conducting daily audits. Analyze errors, perform RCA escalations, and deliver regular performance reports to SMEs and management. Work with policy and cross-functional partners to disseminate updates, support policy briefings, improve processes, and help design training plans, while handling queue moderation and knowledge quizzes. Key Responsibilities

•Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards across projects and develop a best-practice model for maintaining quality.
•Facilitate calibration meetings, provide feedback on implementation/execution, and support quality knowledge sharing.
•Conduct daily audits, analyze errors, provide feedback to teams, and compile performance data reports to SMEs and management.
•Perform RCA escalations and identify areas for performance improvement across relevant markets in a proactive, solution-driven way.
•Partner with policy POC to disseminate policy updates, participate/lead policy briefings, support onboarding training materials, and design training plans.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
•High proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken) and fluent English for working communication.
•Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, make decisions in complex scenarios, and set clear SMART goals.
•Familiarity with labeling business logic and upstream/downstream team workflows.
•Comfortable reporting to and collaborating with a broad range of XFN partners in a fast-paced environment.
