Key Responsibilities

  • •Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards across projects and develop a best-practice model for maintaining quality.
  • •Facilitate calibration meetings, provide feedback on implementation/execution, and support quality knowledge sharing.
  • •Conduct daily audits, analyze errors, provide feedback to teams, and compile performance data reports to SMEs and management.
  • •Perform RCA escalations and identify areas for performance improvement across relevant markets in a proactive, solution-driven way.
  • •Partner with policy POC to disseminate policy updates, participate/lead policy briefings, support onboarding training materials, and design training plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
  • •High proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken) and fluent English for working communication.
  • •Ability to navigate ambiguous situations, make decisions in complex scenarios, and set clear SMART goals.
  • •Familiarity with labeling business logic and upstream/downstream team workflows.
  • •Comfortable reporting to and collaborating with a broad range of XFN partners in a fast-paced environment.
