Job Summary

Manage client fee billing and revenue recognition for multiple Northern Trust legal entities across EMEA within an International Finance Operations team. Own timely client billing, client static data setup/maintenance, accruals for month-end close, and fee debtor collections. Partner with New Business, Client Services, and Operations to ensure fee arrangements are correctly captured, invoiced, and escalations are handled. Ensure SOX and audit compliance and support fee-related projects as a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for timely and accurate client billing across Northern Trust entities against strict reporting deadlines.
•Set up and maintain client static data, ensuring correct interpretation of documented fee arrangements.
•Collect fee debtors in line with agreed procedures, including generation of payment instructions and banking entries.
•Complete accruals as part of the month-end close process to ensure revenue is accurate and complete for Financial Accounting deadlines.
•Ensure SOX adherence and audit requirements, and support internal/external fee-related audits and fee changes/projects.

•Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with month-end financial reporting deadlines and compliance controls.
•Highly numerate with strong analytical skills.
•Strong planning and organisational skills.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
