Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide day-to-day trade and anti-corruption compliance guidance and track emerging regulatory trends.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. / law degree with a mix of law firm and in-house experience preferred.
  • •3-5 years advising on U.S. economic sanctions, export control laws, and other compliance regulations.
  • •Experience advising multinational companies (preferably in tech) on non-U.S. trade laws, including EU and UK sanctions and export control regimes.
  • •Strong interest in developing and using technology in legal practice.
  • •Strong communication skills to translate complex regulations into actionable guidance, with the ability to operate independently in a dynamic global environment.
