  • •Lifecycle Management: Develop comprehensive brand plans for SKY and seasonal expansions, overseeing the journey from reveal to live operations.
  • •Budget & KPI Management: Oversee the North American marketing budget and establish KPIs that measure emotional engagement and community health alongside traditional growth metrics.
  • •Project Management & Operational Excellence: Lead complex marketing projects from ideation to delivery, maintaining highly organized workflows and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
