Job Summary

Lead the engineering organization driving AI Spectrum strategy and the development of agentic, AI-powered capabilities across global business lines. Own roadmap delivery with transparency, align technology direction and tooling selection with CTO and engineering peers, and coach engineering leaders and experts. Partner with product organizations for co-engineering and early adoption, advocate SAFe practices, and support customer engagements requiring deep AI product expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute AI Spectrum engineering strategy and ensure roadmap delivery with status transparency.
•Lead and manage an engineering organization to deliver portfolio offerings.
•Align with CTO and engineering peers on technology strategy, tooling selection, and innovation.
•Coach and develop engineering leaders and experts; create objectives and development plans aligned to C&MI strategy.
•Act as ambassador for Atos SAFe process and drive adoption/enablement of delivery units; engage with GEOs/regions as needed and support deep customer engagements.

Key Requirements

•Experience building and deploying AI/agentic solutions.
•Strong software development background.
•Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC), methods, and processes.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
•Natural leader with high EQ and strong global portfolio/growth experience.
