Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute AI Spectrum engineering strategy and ensure roadmap delivery with status transparency.
  • •Lead and manage an engineering organization to deliver portfolio offerings.
  • •Align with CTO and engineering peers on technology strategy, tooling selection, and innovation.
  • •Coach and develop engineering leaders and experts; create objectives and development plans aligned to C&MI strategy.
  • •Act as ambassador for Atos SAFe process and drive adoption/enablement of delivery units; engage with GEOs/regions as needed and support deep customer engagements.
