Key Responsibilities

•Provide timely and comprehensive assistance to sellers via email, phone, and chat regarding account setup, product listing, order management, payments, and general inquiries.
•Help sellers with setting up accounts, listing products, managing orders, handling payments, and answering questions.
•Educate sellers on platform policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize their selling experience, including guidelines for listings, pricing, and promotions.
•Investigate and resolve seller concerns, complaints, and disputes to achieve a positive resolution for both seller and customer.
•Perform root cause analysis to understand why problems occur and suggest effective fixes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Business Administration or other relevant field.
•2+ years of experience in Seller Support, Customer Support, Operations or Seller Experience.
•Strong self-motivation, and capacity to learn on the fly in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent and effective communication, composure, and professional attitude.
•Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to SLA, quality & productivity.
