  • •Plan and support machining processes including milling, drilling, grooving, tapping, threading, and waterjet cutting.
  • •Prepare, review, and validate manufacturing process documentation such as work instructions and SOPs.
  • •Use Siemens NX (UG NX) and Teamcenter to extract dimensional data and validate 3D CAD models.
  • •Coordinate with quality and production teams to maintain compliance with AS9100 standards and use ERP/SAP for production planning and tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • •2–4 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining and CAM programming.
  • •Practical knowledge of 3-axis or 5-axis machining operations.
  • •Experience with CAM software, preferably Mastercam and NX.
  • •Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
