Job Summary

Coordinate and manage B11 Fused Neutral cases that block Smart Meter installations, providing technical and operational expertise to drive outcomes. Work with the Smart Interventions Team, Project Engineers, Smart Metering teams, and Framework Partners to plan investigations, service disconnections, and cut-out replacements. Ensure safe, efficient delivery aligned with OFGEM, HSE, and company requirements, while tracking risks, costs, and stakeholder updates and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical and operational support to identify and resolve B11 Fused Neutral notifications affecting Smart Meter installations.
•Manage assigned B11 cases end-to-end, coordinating site investigations, service disconnections, cut-out replacements, and related network activities.
•Coordinate project delivery activities to ensure all works are completed safely and efficiently in line with OFGEM, HSE, and company requirements.
•Support planning, scheduling, and delivery of intervention and investment works, including monitoring risks, issues, and case progress.
•Maintain accurate records, complete required documentation and system updates, and deliver regular stakeholder updates to improve customer experience.
