Key Responsibilities

•Set the Global Hardware Agenda: Define the long-term roadmap for Adyen’s physical presence with product support and ensure partners help achieve that vision over 3-5 years.
•Lead Complex Ecosystem Commercials: Own end-to-end commercial lifecycle with global hardware partners, negotiating development agreements, joint go-to-market incentives, and supply chain commitments.
•Bridge Product & Market Needs: Collaborate with Product Management to align hardware capabilities (e.g., Tap to Pay) with the software ecosystem and translate merchant feedback into technical requirements.
•Scale Global Expansion: Lead hardware certification and distribution strategy in new markets, ensuring security and reliability across regions.
•Drive Partner-Led Innovation: Push partners to integrate features that reduce checkout friction, such as biometrics or improved connectivity.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 258,000 - 375,000 annually
