Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver ETF analytics and investment insights across equities and active strategies to support product positioning, client engagement, and APAC commercial opportunities.
  • •Develop high-quality ETF content and thought leadership, including presentations, market commentary, product updates, and performance analytics for internal and external audiences.
  • •Support ETF product strategy and commercialization via product positioning, go-to-market execution, product prioritization, and shelf optimization.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Portfolio Management, Marketing, Distribution, Legal, Compliance) to deliver compliant, commercially focused ETF solutions and communications.
  • •Conduct market, competitive, and regulatory analysis to identify growth opportunities, support product innovation, and ensure alignment with local APAC regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant experience in equity research, ETF product strategy, product development, portfolio management, or quantitative investing with strong equity markets knowledge.
  • •Strong ETF and/or index product expertise, including ETF market dynamics, product structures, commercialization strategies, and APAC regulatory frameworks.
  • •Advanced analytical skills covering index methodologies, performance attribution, and portfolio analytics for data-driven investment research.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, Python, VBA, Power BI, Bloomberg, FactSet, and Morningstar Direct (or equivalent analytics tools).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively rigorous discipline (finance, economics, math, statistics, engineering, computer science) and CFA progress/designation is preferred; HK SFC Type 1 license or equivalent is listed.
