Key Responsibilities

•Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility in a safe, environmentally compliant, and fuel-efficient manner.
•Recruit, test, train, and directly supervise approximately 10 multi-skilled plant operations technicians.
•Coordinate with Asset Management, Trading staff, and Plant O&M to meet production targets and maintain safety and environmental compliance.
•Ensure continuous supply of steam to Collins at optimal cost and coordinate plant safety initiatives with other groups.
•Manage the plant-wide maintenance management system and coordinate with contractors and OEMs to minimize O&M costs and maximize availability and reliability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 152,000 - 160,400 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
•Minimum 3 years of management experience in power generation or related field.
•Experience in power plant combined cycle operations is required.
•Management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, implement mission-critical programs, set expectations for and follow up with staff.
•Ability to perform and coordinate root cause analysis of plant/equipment problems and to implement corrective action.
