  • •Train and manage the kitchen team in prepping, cooking and serving of food.
  • •Adhere to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, manage budgets, orders and deliveries.
  • •Cater for special events or seasonal activities (e.g., summer fetes, Christmas parties, birthdays).
