Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain a robust information security risk management framework and drive IS/cyber risk initiatives across Allianz.
  • •Drive continuous monitoring and reporting of KRIs and control deficiencies related to information security and cyber risk.
  • •Provide global expert support to operating entities to execute risk management activities, identify control deficiencies, and define actionable mitigations.
  • •Collaborate with operating entities and group functions to manage third-party cyber risk and perform qualitative/quantitative cyber risk assessments aligned with group policies.
  • •Facilitate operating entity user-group discussions to exchange best practices and drive continuous improvement in information security risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Practical experience and certification in implementing information security governance and management systems (e.g., CISM, ISO 27001, CRISC).
  • •Proven track record in working within large, diverse international organizations.
  • •Fluent English; proficiency in a second major language (e.g., German, Italian, Spanish) is a plus.
  • •Experience leading without authority and steering/monitoring activities in large multinational environments.
  • •Experience in information security risk management, operational risk management, enterprise risk management, and using GRC tools; project management in information security is a plus.
