Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute retail strategies and tactics to increase Preferred Program households, fulfill customer needs, and provide excellent customer experience.
  • •Build deep customer relationships using consultative sales and service processes to serve as a trusted advisor.
  • •Maintain a working knowledge of the complete line of products and services, keeping current and requesting further development when needed.
  • •Meet or exceed investment sales and referral goals in partnership with Investment Executive, while supporting Financial Center referral activities.
  • •Initiate and maintain customer/prospect contact through methods such as financial center interactions, telemarketing, and seminars/community events.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Experience in a sales environment and experience in the financial industry.
  • •Pass consultative selling skills certification and complete ongoing educational requirements as prescribed.
  • •Series SIE, 6, 63, and insurance licenses required; Series 65 must be obtained within 90 calendar days of hire (max two attempts in that period).
  • •Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a revenue-producing book of business in the mass affluent segment.
