Job Summary

Build personalized conversion pages and funnels for the HelloFresh Growth Alliance, driving marketing innovation through advanced MarTech capabilities and data-driven optimization. You’ll architect React/TypeScript/Next.js experiences across SSR and edge runtimes, integrate with CMS and CRM/analytics pipelines, and maintain top-tier Core Web Vitals and low-latency personalization at global scale. Work with ML, product, and design teams, leveraging GenAI tools and robust testing/observability to ship reliably.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive architecture and delivery of personalized conversion pages and funnels using React, TypeScript, and Next.js across SSR middleware and edge-layer caching strategies.
•Embed GenAI-driven workflows into development, debugging, and code-quality processes to accelerate execution velocity.
•Optimize funnel performance and application stability by improving Core Web Vitals, low-latency personalization, and multi-brand reliability at global scale.
•Architect and maintain the MarTech integration layer, behavioral lead-capture tools, and GTM event pipelines feeding analytics and CRM systems.
•Implement automated testing with Jest and Cypress and use frontend observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Honeycomb, Grafana, or Sentry) for traceability from design to release.

Key Requirements

•Deep technical proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern rendering patterns (SSR) with extensive professional software engineering experience.
•Proven ability architecting solutions using edge runtimes such as Vercel Edge Functions or Cloudflare Workers and understanding edge caching impacts on personalization and latency.
•Demonstrated GenAI expertise using modern AI tools and workflows to improve code quality, development speed, and technical standards.
•Practical experience with A/B testing and feature-flagging frameworks (e.g., Statsig, Optimizely) plus frontend monitoring and observability platforms.
•Strong collaboration skills to communicate complex technical decisions clearly and drive results autonomously across cross-functional domains.
