•Lead the successful delivery of customer installation projects across the Northern California/Southern Oregon region.
•Manage end-to-end project execution for complex installation tasks to meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
•Collaborate with customers, construction partners, and internal Philips teams to guide outcomes in the field.
•Develop and implement project plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, and oversee technical integration at customer sites.
•Analyze project performance and risks and support presales with technical expertise to ensure solutions are feasible and field-ready.

Salary: USD 83,363 - 157,248 annually

Key Requirements

•Have at least 2+ years of experience in project management, construction, installation, or customer service, preferably in field-based environments.
•Be able to read blueprints and coordinate construction/installation projects in the field.
•Communicate effectively with stakeholders and solve technical problems to drive successful outcomes.
•Develop and manage detailed project plans with the ability to coordinate cross-functional resources.
•Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or an equivalent field.
