Key Responsibilities

•Handle complex customer cases and inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure delicate situations are addressed promptly.
•Collaborate closely with sales, product groups, and other internal stakeholders to support international business goals.
•Identify customer needs and opportunities, supporting sales with tailored solutions and cross-sell opportunities.
•Manage multi-channel customer interactions across CRM and other systems, maintaining accurate records and timely follow-ups.
•Support adoption of new technologies and AI tools to improve efficiency and customer experience.
