Own end-to-end product design from concept through implementation, using AI tools to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and iteration while maintaining quality. Contribute to and evolve the design system, run research and design reviews, and collaborate in an autonomous product trio to ship intuitive, visually strong interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the end-to-end design process from conceptualization to implementation with a user-centered approach.
•Design AI-powered experiences, defining how AI capabilities surface in products with trust, transparency, and usefulness.
•Use AI-assisted prototyping and code-generation tools to create realistic, testable prototypes quickly.
•Contribute to the design system by improving and expanding component libraries and mentoring other designers on AI tool usage.
•Conduct user research and design reviews, synthesizing findings to iterate on design solutions.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of product design experience in a product development team with a strong portfolio showing problem solving and measurable impact.
