Key Responsibilities

•Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for analytics, reporting, and KPI/metric definitions.
•Support backlog refinement and prioritisation with senior analysts, business leads, and Product Owners.
•Collect, clean, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources (including ERP and planning systems) to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
•Collaborate with analytics/reporting developers to support dashboard and report development and enhancements (Power BI, Tableau).
•Develop and execute test plans; perform dashboard/report testing and validation against source data and business requirements (SIT/UAT).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline (desirable) and experience in a Business Analyst or analytics/reporting role.

•Experience building reports and dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau.
•Eligibility to work in Australia with full working rights.
