Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and strengthen safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures in line with company and local government requirements.
  • •Establish and maintain the EHS management system; drive EHS performance to world-class levels and eliminate on-site hazards.
  • •Lead EHS-related inspections, hazard identification, emergency planning, training, safety activities, and accident investigations with corrective/preventive actions.
  • •Oversee Engineering & Facility activities to ensure reliable equipment and utility supply; provide technical support for Engineering/Facility issues.
  • •Manage and develop people and control the overall engineering and facility budget; oversee equipment installation, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and stable utilities and facilities, while driving lean production improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Environmental Health/Safety or Engineering; relevant management experience in mechanical or electrical work.
  • •At least 3 years of management experience.
  • •Strong communication skills and self-motivation.
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and deliver strong performance.
  • •Good problem-solving skills and strong English speaking and writing.
