Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and lead large-scale technical projects to support iterative development and revenue product scaling.
  • •Develop robust, efficient backend technology products with high availability and performance for large-scale user traffic.
  • •Build internal AI Coding products and implement LLM/RAG/agent technologies to enable AI-assisted development best practices.
  • •Apply AI technologies to optimize existing business systems and continuously drive technical innovation.
  • •Collaborate with product managers to deliver an improved live streaming experience for live streamers and viewers.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid computer science fundamentals and proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Python, or Java) with experience in distributed systems and common databases/middleware.
  • •Experience researching and analyzing challenging technical problems while tracking global AI community trends and emerging technologies.
  • •Familiarity with AI ecosystems and development in prompt engineering, LLMs, AI agents, multimodal systems, RAG, memory, and related areas.
  • •Strong understanding of business architecture, system design, and backend service patterns at scale.
  • •Experience with AI coding tools (e.g., IDE extensions, AI agents, or CLI assistants like Cursor, Claude Code, OpenCode) and with adoption best practices for AI coding in engineering teams.
