Key Responsibilities

  • •Record and ensure daily shipment tracking.
  • •Plan and coordinate availability of customer order lines from the creation of bill of materials (BOM).
  • •Support maintenance and improvement of service rates and related performance indicators for one or more customer order portfolios.
  • •Collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and other stakeholders to optimize stock levels and logistics flows.
  • •Contribute to process/procedure updates aligned with applicable standards and certification requirements, and perform logistics analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Enrolled in a Licence or Master program in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or an equivalent field, as part of an apprenticeship/professionalization contract.
  • •Operational English proficiency, written and spoken.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • •Strong organization skills with the ability to manage priorities.
  • •Analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
