Job Summary

Join the TikTok LIVE Foundation team to build and iterate frontend user experiences for TikTok LIVE across PC and mobile. You’ll develop user interfaces and supporting infrastructure for business and productivity tools, collaborate across remote and cross-regional teams, and help grow the TikTok LIVE ecosystem through high-quality design and coding. Internships run from December 2026 to February 2027.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop user interfaces for TikTok LIVE across PC/mobile, including platforms/products and multi-scale events.
•Build engineering infrastructure to support TikTok LIVE business and productivity tools and platforms.
•Create high-quality user experiences and support growth of the TikTok LIVE ecosystem through design and coding.
•Explore and implement efficient collaboration methods to improve remote and cross-regional communication and business iteration.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
•Solid front-end programming skills, including solving browser compatibility issues and optimizing front-end performance.
•Understand front-end engineering and component development, with design skills and familiarity with at least one MV* framework.
•Experience collaborating effectively and demonstrating strong learning ability, service awareness, and communication.
•Good to have experience participating/leading large-scale projects or open source projects, and/or writing tech articles or tech blogs.
