Key Responsibilities

  • •Own key products in the Quote to Cash lifecycle, directly impacting partners worldwide and supporting AI Monetization motions.
  • •Work horizontally with Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, and external vendors to align plans and deliver commitments.
  • •Manage deliverables across timescales, from product launches to billing progress migrations and ERP implementation.
  • •Span multiple domains including billing, invoicing, sales & opportunity management, credit & collections, pricing & quoting, contract & entitlement management, taxation, bad debt, BI reporting, and ERP implementation.
  • •Represent Cloudflare with major customers in the billing domain and drive communication, collaboration, and accountability for commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated success delivering technology solutions in the Billing space.
  • •Knowledge of best practices in fintech, financial reporting, compliance, or a similar domain at a SaaS company.
  • •Experience managing customer-facing products focused on global payments, tax, checkout, invoicing, and other quote-to-cash activities.
