Key Responsibilities

  • •Co-lead the technical implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the Cority EHS system, including vendor oversight and help desk ticket resolution.
  • •Support data governance with data mapping, master data setup, quality reviews, and process standardization to maintain data integrity across sites.
  • •Execute system testing and documentation (SIT, UAT, business requirements, SOPs, test scripts) and provide user guidance for releases and enhancements.
  • •Leverage analytics and AI to monitor KPI performance, identify compliance risks, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
  • •Design and deliver training to increase system adoption and ensure EHS policies and program expectations are consistently understood and implemented globally.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in EHS data management systems (Cority preferred) in a global industrial environment with strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems.
  • •Proven project management skills to prioritize competing demands and drive enterprise-wide initiatives across functions and stakeholders.
  • •Experience implementing software platforms and leading change management processes across a global organization, including engagement with senior executive leadership.
  • •Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI tools to communicate insights to diverse audiences.
  • •Ability to act as a strategic, self-starting change agent who builds cross-functional relationships and communicates effectively at all organizational levels.
