Key Responsibilities

•Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
•Frequently load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the car-hauler for safe-to-drive condition.
•Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and complete required paperwork.
•Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading vehicles and detailing cars in indoor and outdoor conditions.
•Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
•Must pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, be at least 21, and possess a valid driver’s license.
