Key Responsibilities

•Lead the engineering design and delivery of Personalisation capabilities (consumer segmentation, affinity modelling, real-time recommendations) across PDP, PLP, homepage, and campaign pages.
•Own product discovery engineering stack including search indexing, query understanding, faceted navigation, and results ranking, integrating AI-powered relevance signals for improved discovery.
•Define data contracts between event infrastructure and personalisation/ranking systems, including schema standards and latency requirements in collaboration with data engineering and analytics.
•Oversee content management infrastructure (Sanity CMS modelling, editorial workflows, delivery APIs) and PDP/PLP engineering (page composition, media delivery, SEO requirements).
•Lead AI-enabled engineering initiatives—semantic search, AI-generated content, personalised campaigns—and enforce responsible AI practices within consumer-facing features.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in senior engineering leadership with direct product delivery accountability.
