Job Summary

Provide technical multi-PSL well support and post-job analysis for customers in a designated area under general supervision. Build relationships with technical customer teams and deliver expert support to ATP/TP staff, including participation on critical jobs. Manage technical scheduling, collaborate on performance reviews and process improvements, and work with Business Development to keep customers current on technology. Mentor Associate Technical Professionals and drive Technology CPI reviews and closure.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide specific multi-PSL job design, well support, and post job analysis to customers in a designated area.
•Maintain relationships with the technical customer base and provide highly technical expert support to ATP and TP staff.
•May go on critical jobs where service quality or job complexity could be an issue.
•Maintain job schedules and liaise with customers on technical issues, including performance review and process improvements.
•Mentor Associate Technical Professionals in a service center; initiate, review, and close CPI actions pertaining to technology.

Key Requirements

•Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering.
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
•Possession of a Professional Engineer license.
•Mentoring/leadership experience supporting Associate Technical Professionals (ATPs) in a service center.
•Experience delivering highly technical well support, including performance reviews and process improvements.
