Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the ISSM with duties and responsibilities including preparing, reviewing, and updating authorization packages.
  • •Ensure approved procedures are in place for clearing, sanitizing, and destroying hardware and media.
  • •Conduct periodic reviews and continuous monitoring for authorization boundaries; coordinate changes to hardware, software, or firmware with stakeholders.
  • •Support security reporting by collecting and reviewing audit records, identifying security vulnerabilities, and supporting countermeasure implementation.
  • •Execute cyber security self-inspection and coordinate system assessment plan security activities; perform ISSO duties for internal and external customers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of related experience, especially developing RMF packages or bodies of evidence.
  • •2+ years of SAP experience.
  • •Detailed knowledge to manage information system security, including authorization documentation and security operations.
  • •Prior experience in roles such as System, Network Administrator or ISSO.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related area (or equivalent experience) and relevant security certifications (e.g., IAT Level II Security+ CE/CCNA Security or IAM Level II).
