Job Summary

Lead the Supply Chain Center of Excellence for Business Planning, managing a global team and driving process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Own the rollout and adoption of OnePlan, serving as the primary business planning owner and COE liaison to senior stakeholders. Translate business planning requirements into scalable solutions with IT and Data & Analytics, manage portfolios and project delivery, and guide continuous improvement across end-to-end supply chain planning.

•Lead and develop a global team of analysts to develop and implement strategic supply chain solutions for business planning.
•Drive OnePlan rollout and adoption by defining end-to-end planning standards, governance, and ways of working across regions.
•Serve as the primary COE liaison and business planning owner for OnePlan, managing intake and assessment of stakeholder requests.
•Partner with IT and Data & Analytics to translate business planning requirements into scalable planning solutions and embed capabilities into day-to-day decisions.
•Create the strategic roadmap and manage a portfolio of initiatives, including timelines, budgets, risk mitigation, and cross-functional conflict resolution.

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
•Certification in a relevant supply chain discipline (e.g., APICS, CSCP).
•5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably at a large multinational organization.
•Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
•Strong project management background delivering complex advanced planning initiatives on time and within budget.
