Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage full program lifecycle (planning → execution → closure) for SVS delivery activities
  • •Define and drive governance and executive dashboards, including risk and issue tracking
  • •Support large-scale banking transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • •Plan and manage resources and budgets, including forecasts, guardrails, and variance tracking
  • •Act as change governance guardian: manage change requests, facilitate change control, and support compliance with HSBC frameworks and tools

Key Requirements

  • •Strong project governance experience
  • •Proven delivery ownership (not just coordination) for end-to-end program delivery
  • •Experience handling multiple stakeholders across business and IT
  • •Expertise in risk and issue management, executive reporting, and project planning
  • •Banking/financial services background (preferred)
