Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain the master schedule for service, repair, and reconditioning jobs, balancing labor, materials, equipment capacity, and backlog to meet customer commitments.
•Monitor forecasted demand and shop capacity to identify constraints, proactively address resource shortages, and adjust schedules based on changing priorities and disruptions.
•Coordinate priorities across operations, supply chain, and customer support to ensure scheduled work execution; monitor WIP and drive resolution of delays.
•Maintain accurate planning data within ERP and scheduling systems and generate daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports for leadership review.
•Lead or participate in planning and performance review meetings and support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and long-range capacity planning, including continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
•3+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, manufacturing operations, or service operations planning.
•Strong working knowledge of MS Project or equivalent project management software.
•Experience in a manufacturing, repair, refurbishment, or industrial service environment (preferred).
•Work experience with LEAN methodologies and strong operational decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
