Job Summary

Represent Dyson as an in-store Expert, using Dyson’s sales model to educate shoppers and retail sales associates, lead beauty events and masterclasses, and demonstrate products so customers can confidently use them at home. Own the shopper experience through consultation and discovery, maintain health & safety and demonstration standards, complete daily CRM/HRIS reporting, and support store operations like merchandising, replenishment, and display cleanliness.

•Use Dyson-developed sales model to engage and excite shoppers while achieving success factors.
•Provide an engaging, well-informed shopper experience through consultation and product matching.
•Demonstrate Dyson tools clearly so shoppers can replicate actions at home.
•Adhere to in-store demonstration and health & safety standards while acting as the in-store representative.
•Complete daily reporting using CRM and HRIS, and perform operational tasks like merchandising, display cleanliness, and stock replenishment.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of in-person retail selling experience.
•Experience working with technology and within the beauty industry, preferably prestige/luxury brands.

•Ability to work retail hours (including every Saturday/Sunday) and stand for up to 8 hours.
•Comfortable with CRM/HRIS reporting and computer skills in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) plus iPad applications.
