Key Responsibilities

  • •Use Dyson-developed sales model to engage and excite shoppers while achieving success factors.
  • •Provide an engaging, well-informed shopper experience through consultation and product matching.
  • •Demonstrate Dyson tools clearly so shoppers can replicate actions at home.
  • •Adhere to in-store demonstration and health & safety standards while acting as the in-store representative.
  • •Complete daily reporting using CRM and HRIS, and perform operational tasks like merchandising, display cleanliness, and stock replenishment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 2 years of in-person retail selling experience.
  • •Experience working with technology and within the beauty industry, preferably prestige/luxury brands.
  • •Comfortable leading events (e.g., Masterclasses) and speaking to groups.
  • •Ability to work retail hours (including every Saturday/Sunday) and stand for up to 8 hours.
  • •Comfortable with CRM/HRIS reporting and computer skills in the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) plus iPad applications.
