  • •Remain hands-on in code ~30% of the time via PR reviews, technical prototyping, debugging, and implementation.
  • •Establish and continuously raise engineering standards for testing, code quality, observability, incident response, on-call practices, and operational excellence.
  • •Drive reliability, correctness, and auditability by owning SLOs/error budgets, system resilience, and platform maturity.

Key Requirements
