Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate planning and execution of ticketing on-sales across a busy calendar of events and tours.
•Oversee ticket inventory, holds, and allocations across the portfolio and adjust as events evolve.
•Monitor and report on ticket sales performance and keep internal teams updated each event cycle.
•Build strong working relationships with the Ticketing Director, promoters, venues, and ticketing partners.
•Manage ticketing through to settlement, ensuring accuracy across reporting, reconciliation, and sign off.

Key Requirements

•Solid experience managing ticketing operations within live entertainment, touring, or events.
•Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines at once.
•Comfortable liaising with internal teams, promoters, and external partners across the full event lifecycle.
•Able to step into a high-volume ticketing operation and add value quickly.
•Flexible to support event operations outside standard business hours and Melbourne as required.
