Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the ultimate technical authority for the Manufacturing domain for BL FLX and ensure the validity of fabrication and industrialization choices.
  • •Ensure compliance, repeatability, cadence, and cost across the product lifecycle, based on internal and external commitments.
  • •Lead independent check-and-balance evaluations of technical activities, especially during DVa reviews and development support.
  • •Drive co-engineering to maximize competitiveness in design using DFx methods (DFP/APQP, DFT, DFM, DFSC, DFS).
  • •Identify manufacturing/product-process risks and opportunities, validate new processes, and support technical representation in relevant standards and working groups.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •BAC+5 education and strong mastery of series production roles for electronic equipment.
  • •Proven expertise in series production métiers: sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery.
  • •Technical skills across multiple HW disciplines, products, and architectures.
  • •Experience working in international teams.
  • •Ability to lead and federate multiple technical stakeholders with potentially conflicting needs.
