Key Responsibilities

  • •Define architecture direction for complex business and technology challenges, including options, tradeoffs, and alignment to enterprise principles and standards.
  • •Lead technology evaluations and build-vs.-buy decisions, maintaining multi-year roadmaps and early planning for non-functional requirements (security, privacy, resiliency, observability, operational readiness).
  • •Translate requirements into implementable solution designs and architecture patterns, leading architecture/design reviews and managing cross-domain dependencies.
  • •Define and govern integration, data, and platform architectures across synchronous/asynchronous paradigms, including API-native and event-driven connectivity.
  • •Partner with security, risk, and vendors to govern architecture exceptions, manage risks/technical debt, and communicate direction clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of enterprise or solution architecture experience defining target-state architectures, roadmaps, governance, and guiding complex delivery efforts.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Ability to translate business objectives into scalable, secure, reliable solutions with deep integration, enterprise data, cloud/hybrid architecture, and Agile delivery knowledge.
  • •Experience with enterprise platforms and modern AI solution patterns, including ecosystems such as ServiceNow, Workday, Snowflake, Boomi, and Microsoft cloud/identity services.
  • •Familiarity with major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP) plus architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and architecture tooling/modeling.
