Key Responsibilities

  • •Continue acting as a Client Service Associate for assigned clients.
  • •Lead a team of Client Service professionals and optimize client service operations and coverage.
  • •Conduct performance management for direct reports, including goal setting, feedback conversations, and performance reviews.
  • •Support compensation recommendations (bonuses and increases) and communicate decisions with team members.
  • •Serve as an escalation point for challenging client service issues and collaborate on process improvements; use CRM for client and task management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Previous back-office operations or executive/administrative assistant experience, including exposure to financial planning and/or the securities industry.
  • •High-touch, direct client experience and understanding of fee-only fiduciary value.
  • •Previous supervisory experience managing teams is a plus.
  • •Strong technical skills and comfort navigating software applications and systems.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM, portfolio management, and document management software is preferred.
