Job Summary

Own the full lifecycle of Power Tools and Industrial Lifting product portfolios, driving portfolio strategy, market analysis, positioning, pricing, launches, profitability, and demand forecasting. Partner with global product teams, sales organizations, engineering teams, and channel partners to grow revenue and deepen market penetration. Lead GTM planning, competitive and customer insights, solution consulting for smart manufacturing/Industry 4.0, and aftermarket/customer training for adoption and retention.

•Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for Power Tools, Precision Fastening, Automation, Software, and Industrial Lifting product portfolios.
•Define product value propositions, positioning, and messaging to improve market penetration and win rates.
•Manage portfolio strategy and the complete product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, including profitability management and demand forecasting.
•Coordinate new product introductions and commercialization plans across engineering, operations, supply chain, and marketing to ensure successful launches and adoption.
•Conduct solution consulting via feasibility studies, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), technology demonstrations, customer workshops, and customer training for product adoption and retention.
