Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide overall vision, operational leadership, and financial oversight for a portfolio of flow monitoring and I/I programs.
  • •Lead, mentor, and resource a multidisciplinary team of approximately 15 staff across concurrent municipal projects.
  • •Oversee project budgeting, profitability tracking, and forecasting to manage financial performance.
  • •Lead business development, including proposal writing and securing new municipal or private utility contracts.
  • •Establish and oversee technical systems for deploying, calibrating, and maintaining flow meters and rain gauges, and ensure health and safety compliance for field activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering (or closely related field).
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation within Canada.
  • •8+ years of progressive engineering and project management experience with large-scale sanitary sewer projects.
  • •3+ years directly managing teams of 10+ people.
  • •Experience directing flow monitoring networks and I/I analysis; familiarity with FlowWorks (or similar) and GIS/hydraulic modeling software (PMP preferred).
