Job Summary

Lead end-to-end AML/KYC program initiatives within the First Line of Defence, overseeing design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the KYC Program. Partner with Compliance, Technology, Operations, and senior stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable governance, reporting, and process improvements across KYC platforms and controls in a global program.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of the KYC Program within the First Line of Defence, ensuring governance and oversight from the Second Line of Defence.
•Lead the delivery of all 1LOD AML/KYC program change initiatives with transparent tracking against regulatory requirements.
•Act as the 1LOD assessment lead for Global AML/KYC program changes, identifying operational impacts, risks, and implementation considerations.
•Design and deliver AML/KYC management reporting (KRIs, KPIs, outsourcing metrics, governance reports) to senior stakeholders.
•Drive coordination across global 1LOD stakeholders through working groups and governance forums to implement program changes.
•Serve as a Business Subject Matter Expert for AML/KYC platforms (Actimize, Fenergo, KYC reporting solutions) and third-party vendors.
•Lead the development of business requirements documentation and collaboration with Technology to deliver program outcomes.
•Drive continuous improvement across AML/KYC processes, architecture, and reporting in support of the KYC Centre of Excellence.
•Support resolution of AML/KYC application production issues and contribute to remediation efforts.
•Engage with 1LOD, 2LOD, and Technology to assess AML/KYC technology needs and requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
•Advanced knowledge of AML/KYC and financial crime regulations, ideally 5+ years
•Significant experience designing, building, and implementing end-to-end workflows leveraging technology and process optimisation
•Strong analytical and program management skills with ability to translate regulatory requirements into operational solutions
•Proven experience writing business requirements documentation and collaborating with Technology teams
