Own the vision, roadmap, and adoption strategy for a developer-facing Agent Hosting product on LiveKit Cloud. You’ll partner with engineering to deliver a production agent runtime with fast deploys, automatic scaling, and reliable low-latency performance. Work with customer and operational data to set priorities, expand beyond voice agents to other agent types, and drive Agent Hosting as a primary revenue engine for the platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the hosting roadmap by setting a clear vision and sequenced plan for Agent Hosting in partnership with engineering.
•Deliver a runtime customers can rely on by improving deploys, scaling, and reliability for production workloads.
•Make scale automatic by driving cold starts, autoscaling, regional coverage, and performance improvements.
•Use customer and data insights to understand how teams deploy and operate agents in production and shape priorities accordingly.
•Grow Agent Hosting into a business by driving adoption and revenue, and expand the runtime beyond voice agents.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 265,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years in product management at a senior or staff level, ideally owning a developer-facing infrastructure or platform product.
•Technical depth to reason about distributed systems, runtimes, scaling, and latency enough to make strong tradeoffs (no coding required).
•Infrastructure product sense focused on reliability and performance at scale, including judgment on deploy speed, autoscaling, and cost tradeoffs.
•Ability to influence cross-functionally with engineering teams operating with high autonomy.
•Strong communication skills and comfort operating in ambiguity to prioritize and move quickly without perfect information.
