Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in and support DICI activities and follow the Arcadia Code of Conduct.
  • •Perform entry-level production tasks by operating process equipment (e.g., adding ingredients, packaging, cleaning) per SOPs and cGMPs.
  • •Communicate manufacturing process status, including delays, equipment problems, and deviations, to other operators and the Shift Team Lead.
  • •Document production activities by completing Manufacturing Performance Report (MPR) entries and related batch paperwork.
  • •Monitor production progress using equipment readings, microscope particle evaluation, and in-process testing to meet quality requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent (process tech degree or equivalent preferred).
  • •Minimum 6 months in a production environment.
  • •Ability to work training/orientation hours 8AM–4PM Monday–Friday.
  • •Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule after training/orientation.
  • •Ability to safely operate mechanized equipment (lift trucks, hand trucks, pallet jacks) and work varying shift patterns with overtime.
